Frances Greenburg’s artistic career began when, at age 4, she created a crayon mural of nudes on her bedroom wall. She was always drawing on coasters at her father’s restaurant in New Jersey, and gained notoriety for her artwork when she was discovered creating caricatures of her teachers in 7th grade. A fine art education and time spent as a college art instructor, led to a 28 year painting career and hundreds of exhibitions and art shows across the country. Since retiring from a full time professional show schedule, Frances has continued to create with paints, pastels and the drawn line. Frances also runs OPEN STUDIO SESSIONS at THE RED HOUSE, which has created a wonderful opportunity for regional artists to draw from a live model.
